Why use a tent protector?

Real canvas is strong and beautiful — but it needs care. UV rays, moisture, and organic debris (like bird droppings and tree sap) can degrade even the best canvas over time. The EarthShell fly acts as a first line of defence, reducing the frequency of reproofing and maintenance — and keeping your tent looking its best for years.

It also helps regulate internal temperature, adding insulation in cold weather and reducing heat and light in summer.
