Shipping policy
We are currently offering free shipping to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT when you spend over $200. This offer is for a limited time!
- We reserve the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time and without notice.
- If you live in a remote or distant area, it may be necessary to deliver your goods to a local depot (TNT / FedEx / Team GE). We do not guarantee door-to-door delivery for every location in Australia. Please contact us before you order if you live in a remote area and are unsure if your address is serviced!
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
- All shipments will be sent with ATL (authority to leave).
- Pickup from our Northern Rivers warehouse is still free.
- We do not actively monitor shipping progress although we will follow up with the courier in the event of major delays.
If you need your items for a specific date, please ensure you order your items well ahead of time (we recommend an absolute minimum of 2 weeks prior) We will not refund the cost of your product in the event of delays or missed deliveries, as these events are completely beyond our reasonable control.
In some rare cases shipping may not be possible at the quoted rate and we reserve the right to alter the shipping cost based on a revised quote from our logistics partners. We will contact you if this is the case.
Shipping to most areas in Australia can normally be arranged within 7-14 working days unless you live in a remote area. Full tracking to the email address you provide (please check carefully for typos) will be given in every case.
