By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies referenced here or linked from this page. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page — it's your responsibility to check periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we sell through.

1. Eligibility & Prohibited Conduct

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory, or have parental/guardian consent for a minor dependent to use the site.
  • You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright law).
  • You must not transmit viruses, worms, or destructive code.
  • Breaching these Terms results in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

2. General Conditions

  • We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
  • Content you submit (excluding credit card details) may be transmitted unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted in transit.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
  • Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation of these Terms.

  • Some products/Services may be exclusive to the website, in limited quantities, and are only returnable or exchangeable per our Refund Policy.
  • We try to display product colours and images accurately, but can't guarantee your monitor renders them precisely.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction; limit quantities; change product descriptions or pricing without notice; and discontinue any product at any time.
  • We don't warrant that products, Services, or information will meet your expectations, or that errors will always be corrected.

6. Billing & Account Accuracy

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including limiting quantities per person, household, or order, and orders that appear to come from resellers or distributors.
  • We may attempt to contact you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided if we change or cancel an order.
  • You agree to keep your account and purchase information (including email and payment details) current and accurate.

The site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (pricing, product descriptions, shipping charges, etc.).
