The Touareg is made for getting out there together.

Inspired by the traditional Voortrekker field-tent tradition of South Africa, the Touareg brings that heritage of practical, mobile shelter into a modern canvas camp.

Its rectangular floor plan and consistent 3m head height give you significantly more usable space than a traditional bell tent. While the pitched roof of a bell tent slopes down towards the walls, reducing headroom and usable space around the perimeter, the Touareg keeps its full height throughout.

The result is a tent you can actually live in — with room to stand, move, sleep, store gear and arrange furniture across the full floor area.

With full-height entrances at both ends, you can open the Touareg right through for exceptional cross-ventilation, or use the rear entrance to connect directly with a van, trailer or awning setup.

A Smarter Layout

3m of head height throughout means the space isn't just there on paper — you can use it.

Beds, furniture and gear can sit around the perimeter without disappearing beneath a sloping roof, while the generous central area remains open and comfortable.

Open It Up

Full-height framed doorways at either end allow you to open the tent right through for excellent cross-ventilation.

Bring Your Vehicle Along

The rear entrance and integrated awning design make the Touareg ideal for pairing with a van, trailer or vehicle-mounted awning — giving you more ways to build your camp.

• 540gsm PVC bathtub groundsheet — zipped in, heat-welded and raised 100mm around the edges.
• 32mm centre pole and six 22mm door poles for stability.
• Double-stitched seams with reinforced tension points.
• Mosquito mesh on all four doors and windows.
• Large mesh-backed windows for ventilation and airflow.
• 6mm UV-stabilised guy ropes with timber sliders.
• Heavy-duty pin and rebar pegs for secure pitching.

Room for the Whole Crew

At 5m x 4m, the Touareg gives you generous living space for up to six people on double mattresses — or configure it your own way with singles, camp beds, furniture and gear.

There's room to sleep, cook, relax and store your gear without feeling like you're constantly climbing over each other.

Despite its size, the Touareg can be pitched by one person in around 20 minutes with practice.

Set it up as a standalone camp, connect it to your vehicle or awning, or make it the social centre of a larger group setup.
